Kulusevski bends towards the top corner - and Henderson makes another fantastic stop to turn it over the bar.

He's four or five yards out, and screws it wide.

... from Gallagher's raking pass, but he's clearly offside and the flag is duly raised.

One-handed, high to his left, to deny Conor Gallagher's half-volley from near the penalty spot.

The skipper has had a fine game.

It had been coming.

Fernandes gets a cross in from deep, Van Hecke is forwards and beats the Palace defenders to it.

Henderson turns it onto the bar, but the Tottenham defender reacts sharply to head it in - from a sitting position - and over the line.

Quick give-and-go inside the box from Spurs and the Scotland international looks to be in - but Hendo smothers it superbly.

Ah, upon second viewing, it actually ricochets off the Tottenham attacker before going out of play - goal kick.

... and, whatever the result, it's been a full-blooded defensive display from Palace to get to this point still in touch.

For all of the numbers that the hosts are racking up (take a look at the momentum chart in our Match Centre....) - just one moment could be enough for us in an attacking sense.

He brings a chip over the top down and - looking to blast a half-volley across goal - instead skies it completely.

The more of these opportunities the hosts miss, the greater the hope for an old-school Palace smash-and-grab. Would be some result in the circumstances.

Solanke heads the initial throw clear for Spurs.

Khalaili plays it deep, Kamada turns it back into the danger area... OH, and McNeil's close-range effort is blocked!

The hosts break and I think it's Solanke with a low first-time effort which Henderson does brilliantly - again - to get down low and beat away.

... and Palace have a long throw in a promising position.

Richards to launch it...

The Eagles support has once again been outstanding, and they're giving every inch of their backing to Palace, who are readying a couple of changes over on the sidelines.

Nketiah and Khalaili will be joining us shortly... and more players are warming up... as Solanke fires over the bar from the edge of the box.

It's all Tottenham in an attacking sense. A cross from Kudus is cleared a touch desperately, and then Fernandes has a shot from the edge of the box - blocked bravely on the chest by Disasi.

But we can't clear it fully, and Spurs have a free-kick out wide... Robertson stands over it and delivers.... and Van Hecke fires over when he should do better.

That's a save and a half from the skipper!

A bouncing ball in, Solanke spins and hits it on the half-volley - and Henderson gets a big left hand up to it to beat it away!

Palace admittedly hanging on here now.

Simple enough one for Hendo, but it's safe to say that Spurs have picked up where they left off. It's sustained attacking pressure.

... off Richards, and trickles just wide of the bottom-left post. Phew.

The corner comes in, Palace half-clear, and Fernandes hits a first-time volley... deflects off his teammate inside the box, and the danger passes.

You sense the hosts will be looking to kill the game off as early as possible - but there may yet just be one or two chances left in it for us...

Come on lads!

Palace with a tricky hill to climb in the second 45 - not quite a mountain though, you'd suggest...

... in the closing seconds of the half.

Fernandes teases it in, Mingueza heads it away. Get to half-time and regroup, you imagine is the Palace plan here.

Two additional minutes signalled.

... from 30, 35 yards or so. A lot of venom and swerve on that - Hendo does well to watch it all the way, and claim at the second attempt.

... in these last five minutes, Palace struggling for an out ball.

Spurs retaining possession and probing but credit to Mitchell, Disasi and Richards in particular for some fine defensive interventions.

Hendo launches it long and Pino takes a stunning touch to pull it out the sky, but Spurs get bodies back quickly to deny him room to shoot.

He's been bright in a difficult first-half here for the Eagles.

The World Cup winner spins Mateus Fernandes and has his heels clipped, winning a free-kick for his side on the halfway line and allowing his team to push up the pitch.

To deny Kudus at the far post.

But Tel retrieves and wins a free-kick for Spurs off Mingueza.

It's whipped in by Robertson and a Spurs player heads over.

Momentum with the hosts now.

A soft one for Palace to concede.

It's an in-swinger from Kudus on the far side, and Gray is stood all lalone inside the six-yard box.

He guides a firm header back across goal, and into the far corner.

Palace seeing a lot of the ball around the Spurs area... Mingueza plays it in... Kamada has some space...

Reverse pass towards Pino, who touches it past a challenge and then goes down... ah, the flag is up for offside.

Promising signs.

.. and it's a lovely one-touch pass round the corner from Pino for his compatriot Mingueza to race towards.

The first-time delivery is a firm one... deflects away for a throw.

... and then another from Mingueza early on. Bodies on the line stuff to prevent Solanke from shooting, and then Robertson from getting a cross in.

A feisty opening quarter-of-an-hour - Gray is late into a tackle on Kamada, trips him, and is booked for the home team.

Early commentator's prediction? There's another dismissal in this game...

The decision is upgraded to Serious Foul Play, and JP Mateta is given the red card.

Palace up against it for 77 minutes now...

Referee Michael Oliver calls the France international over and shows him the yellow.

He caught Micky Van de Ven on the back of the foot while sliding for a Kamada pass.

Oh, but now VAR are getting involved... this could spell trouble...

Lovely play from Palace, one-touch stuff around the Spurs box.

Pino pops it to Mateta who lays off to Kamada on the edge of the 'D'.

He has Mitchell on the overload, but uses the space that creates to drive forwards and hit a rising effort... left-footed... caught at the second attempt by the Spurs 'keeper.

Tottenham are looking bright in the early stages, but Palace are equally looking defensively solid.

The midweek clean sheet at Fulham was a real morale booster.

With Fernandes looking to thread a pass through for Spurs, Axel Disasi steps forward and cuts it out on the edge of the box.

... but Deano gets an authoritative fist to it amidst a crowd of bodies, and punches away!

Great to have the skipper back tonight.

COME ON YOU PALACEEE!

But first, a moment of immaculately observed silence in Remembrance.

Poppies featuring prominently on both sets of players' shirts today.

Lest We Forget.

Palace led out the tunnel by Dean Henderson for the first time in the Premier League since early September.

With the early evenings now, it's already a jet-black sky – top-flight footy under the lights, can't beat it!

Here's one final reminder of the two line-ups...

Tottenham: Kinsky (GK), Gray, Van Hecke, Van de Ven, Robertson; Tonali, Fernandes, Kudus, Marmoush, Tel, Solanke.

Subs: Dubravka (GK), Senesi, Gallagher, Maddison, Udogie, Kulusevski, Porro, Davies, Williams-Barnett.

Palace: Henderson (GK), Richards, Disasi, Canvot, Mingueza, Kamada, Wharton, Mitchell, Pino, McNeil, Mateta.

Subs: Benítez (GK), Lerma, Khalaili, Chilwell, Hughes, Doucouré, Osorio, Guessand, Nketiah.

It's one change for Spurs from the side which won at Stamford Bridge: James Maddison came off injured that day and is on the bench, and is replaced by Dominic Solanke, who scored in this fixture last season.
