<p>Troy has since been put in touch with the young man’s family and is arranging to have his newly acquired shirt signed, giving him a true Palace Christmas to remember.</p>
<p>But it’s not just Troy in the Townsend household who expressed their joy on Saturday, and Andros joined his teammates in celebrating the result, praising the squad, visiting fans and, of course, wishing the Palace faithful a merry Christmas.</p>
