Michael Phillips Leaves Palace
Development midfielder Michael Phillips has left Crystal Palace FC by mutual consent and has joined Maidstone United.
Under-23s boss Richard Shaw said: "Michael has been a very good professional and always one of the those players that as a coach I have no hesitation in praising his commitment and work ethic.
"It has now come to the time that he needs to be looking at playing first team football and that opportunity has now come for him with this move to Maidstone United.
"In my four years as a coach I have always enjoyed working with him on the training ground and I wish him every success in the next stage of his career."
This season he has made 19 appearances for the development side and scored two goals.
Having been with the academy for several years, the club would like to take this opportunity to wish Michael the very best for his future career.
