The Eagles went down to a Mark Noble penalty within the game's opening half an hour, but pulled back a point through Wilfried Zaha on the 76th minute.
However, according to Milivojevic, Zaha's goal could have been added to throughout the match.
He said, "[I'm] Pleased with how we played and how many chances we created. In the end, we scored just one goal. What can I say? I'm very proud with how we played over 90 minutes, I think the first-half as well we played well and created two or three chances.
"In the second half, I don't even remember how many chances we created. In the end, we scored. I was sure that, because we were going for the second one and we felt the fans were behind us, the crowd, that we'd go for the second goal. But they're an experienced team, they dealt in the last 10 minutes with that.
"We were unlucky today not to score two or three goals."
Noble's penalty was the only barrier to Palace not taking three points this afternoon, but Milivojevic had no complaints with it being awarded, saying, "From my point of view, I think it was a clear penalty from how I viewed the situation. What can we do? They scored from the penalty, we tried to turn the game and I think in the end we deserved more from the game."
Despite their frustrations, the Eagles did however claim a point from a side above them in the table and, ending his post-match interview, Palace's Serbian midfielder remarked that one point is greater than none at all.
He concluded, "Can you imagine if we didn't get at least one point from this game? We are not happy because we think we deserve more but in football, if you can't win, then don't lose."
