United sit joint-top with City after six games in the top flight, they’re unbeaten and have already scored 17 goals. They are also still in the hunt for the Carabao Cup and beat CSKA Moscow 4-1 in the Champions League in mid-week, where they also top the group.
Romelu Lukaku poses the Red Devils’ major threat, having scored six already, a league high. Henrikh Mkhitaryan has also created five goals, only bettered by City’s David Silva in the opening weeks of the campaign.

Wilfried Zaha remains out, but is closing in on a full recovery with Roy Hodgson suggesting the Chelsea fixture may be a realistic return date for the Ivorian winger. Christian Benteke will also miss out through knee injury whilst Ruben Loftus-Cheek misses the trip with a thigh strain.
James Tomkins is sick so cannot be considered and long-term absentee Connor Wickham is still sidelined.
Paul Pogba’s hamstring injury will keep him out of the game, whilst Anthony Martial and Phil Jones are doubts with knocks. Michael Carrick and Marouane Fellaini will also miss the game.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo remain out with ACL injuries.
