The Ivorian winger earned 37% of votes, beating James Tomkins who was voted into second place with 25%.
Zaha scored twice on Saturday, meaning he has now scored a goal or more in three consecutive matches for the first time in his career.
Following the match, he said: "I'm buzzing every time I score really.
"I'm just happy I can get on the scoresheet and put us ahead. The main things are the points and performances."
